Bio: Helaine Hartman Cohen is a retired CPA who developed an interest in World War II after learning about her father’s experience in Europe during that war. After several years of research on his battle experience and his life as a POW in Germany, she began to write about it. She received a Master’s Degree in World War II Studies and has been writing about various facets of the war on Substack.
